Developed a hyper-local, real-time social networking platform where users discover and share what is happening at nearby venues in the exact moment. The platform features an ephemeral, location-centric feed structure (similar to momentary stories) that visualizes crowd density and live activities. Engineered the core social graph, enabling highly concurrent post creation, reposts, user tracking (followers/following), and real-time push notification delivery.
The frontend was constructed using FlutterFlow to fast-track complex UI delivery, deeply integrated with Firebase for the backend infrastructure. Firebase Cloud Functions were engineered to handle geospatial querying (computing nearby venue feeds), fan-out data architectures for the follower/following graphs, and the notification dispatching system. Heavily optimized NoSQL reads/writes to ensure the momentary live feed remains snappy under high concurrent user load.
